At Transcripro we have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week security personnel manning our facility.
	Transcription work is processed and handled solely by Transcripro and data is stored as encrypted archives.
	All external drives including floppy disk drives are disabled on every computer.
	No hard copies are made on any of our client's transcribed records.
	Our computers require passwords to start Windows and another password to access encrypted files.
	We have firewalls and up-to-date antivirus software on all local computers.
	Daily back-ups of computer systems are done and stored within our secure facility.
	We require all our employees to post a performance bond and sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.
	All client-related data uploaded through the internet are handled in secure 128-bit SSL encryption running on our dedicated server in Houston, Texas.
	Transcripro's entire system is protected by several firewalls. One firewall shields us from the world wibe web. Another firewall protects our dedicated server from malicious users from our ISP, and another firewall for Transcripro's local file server.

	Uploaded dictations are immediately downloaded for transcription and deleted from our dedicated server.
	Transcripro has administrative procedures in place to guard data integrity, patient confidentiality, protected health information, and document availability (Information Access Control and Access Authorization).
	We provide privacy, security, and confidentiality awareness training to our entire workforce.
	File movements are recorded, monitored, and audited. This means all those who had access to your files (transcriptionists, editors, proofreaders, Q.A.s) are recorded.

Transcripro invests highly on professionally trained Video Captioners, and Medical and Legal Transcriptionists. Our transcriptionists undergo extensive training in various medical specialties and familiarity courses on American-English grammar and accents to assure a high degree of output accuracy.

Our captioners on the other hand are highly trained in various English accents and expressions (American, British, and Australian). They are fully equipped to handle a variety of contents (legal, medical, religious, business, politics, technology, etc.)

All jobs pass through two levels of Quality Assurance (QA) composed of proofers and editors. We keep an accuracy rate of at least 98% for all our services (Medical and Legal Transcription, and Offline and Real Time Captioning).
